Order processing times are 1-2 business days* however currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 that directly impact our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, new product launches/re-stocks, and promotions. We are committed to the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we have made significant changes to ensure social distancing and PPE requirements.
The shipping method used to ship orders is USPS First Class 2-Day.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
USA: $4.99 (Free for orders over $50)
ALASKA / HAWAII: $15 (USPS Priority)
INTERNATIONAL: from $8.99, calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available to qualifying USA orders over $50. Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Alaska and Hawaii fees and surcharges still apply. Shipping Delays and Customs
We are not responsible for deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or charges once the package has left the United States. If you are unhappy with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping company first.

Here at Conceive Plus we understand how important it is to be prepared and that’s why we also offer our products on subscription.With a subscription, we’ll take care of shipping your products to you every month. A confirmation email will be sent to you each month to let you know when your order has shipped. You can add or remove products to your subscription anytime, you can cancel your subscription anytime..
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription including cancellation of your subscription. You’re in control from the MY SUBSCRIPTIONS page.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
Undeliverable packages will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our distribution centers less a $10 administration fee.
* Business days do not include weekends or pubic holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
